MSI U130 and U135 Wind Netbooks with Pine Trail Announced

Just like that, the  netbook world is alive again. Following Dell’s announcement of its new netbook that will be loaded with Intel’s new Atom Pine Trail Platform, other manufacturers have also announced their own Pine Trail netbooks.

MSI has also officially announced two new netbooks to run on Intel Atom N450 and they are called the Wind U130 and U135.

Details of specs and features of these two netbooks include – 10-inch (1024×600) display with 1.66 GHz N450 Pineview Atom CPU, the usual 160GB/250GH HDD, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 1.3MP webcam, 4-in-1 card reader and Windows 7.

These new Wind netbooks will also feature WiMAX functionality.

Design-wise, MSI has also made some changes to these Wind netbooks. It now has some angular curve designs. Even the keyboards and touchpad were redesigned as well.
