MSI Wind U90 also released in Philippines

The MSI Wind U90, while still not available in the States is available to buy in the Philippines. At selected PC Corner branches the MSI Wind U90 is being sold for Php19,500 making it a strong competitor to the Asus Aspire One. The MSI Wind U90 however will not come with Windows XP pre-installed.

The following models are available for the below prices at the selected PC Corner stores.

Intel Atom 1.6GHz, 80GB HDD, 1GB RAM: Php19,500

Intel Atom 1.6GHz, 80GB HDD, 1.5GB RAM: Php19,999

Intel Atom 1.6GHz, 160GB HDD, 2GB RAM: Php23,999

    U90 with a fairly large size keyboard (comparing to eee pc 900/1) looks like an undersized screen and oversized keyboard subnotebook.

    The black border around the screen doesn’t hide the fact that it will only makes sense to come with a larger screen size for a larger keyboard.
