If these photos of a new Asus S-series netbook holds true, then we might be looking early at what’s in store for the Eee PC series in 2009. EeePC News has posted this high-res photos of the new S121, which in all its goodness is nothing but a bigger Asus S101.

With its bigger 12.1 display and form factor, naturally its keyboard would also be bigger than the S101. But all other specs could possibly be similar to the S101’s 1GB RAM, WiFi, Bluetooth, VGA webcam.

Possible features could be both SSD and HDD storage and 3G connectivity.

Pricing and other details are still unknown, although given that this is a bigger version of the S101, we’re expecting the prices to be normally higher as well. The S101 retails for around $699. So expect the S121 to be price starting at around $799 – higher.
