New HP Pavilion Now Available In Japan

It seems that HP is  letting Japan have a first taste of their upcoming HP Pavilion model. Officially called the DM1a in Japan, it suddenly showed up for sale on a Japanese online store and an official product page soon went up on the HP Japan site. Using new AMD processors, this model just went on sale today, June 17, and is currently priced at 79,800 yen – that’s a little under 900 US dollars. No word yet when this model will reach American or European shores.
