Office Depot list Asus Transformer Pad TF700 as “in stock”

Over at Office Depot, the Asus Transformer Pad TF700 has gone on sale and is listed as being in stock with delivery expected within 3-5 working days. Other retailers such as Amazon haven’t put the Transformer Pad TF700 up for sale yet, so some are speculating that this may be an error on Office Depot’s part, although the tablet is expected to be released soon.

Office Depot have the tablet priced at $499.99 with free delievery. The TF700 features a 10.1 inch display, with a 1920×1200 resolution, giving it a PPI of 224. Other specifications include a quad core Tegra 3 processor, 1GB of RAM, 32GB storage, an 8 megapixel rear camera and 2 megapixel front facing camera. The tablet also features a microHDMI port to connect to a HD TV.

The original Transformer Prime and Transformer Pad TF300 are still priced at $499 but, are expected to drop in price when the Asus Transformer Pad TF700 is available through all stores.
