“Official Specs and Photos” of the Eee PC 1001HA Emerge

If the information and photos we gave you of the Eee PC 1001HA were a little “unofficial” since it did not came from any official Asus site, well here’s another source Chinese IT portal,  CCIDNET publishing what could be truly “official photos” of the said “Economy” netbook.

If you still remember the Eee PC 1001HA looks like a scaled down version of other Eee PC Seashell models with a speciallly designed chassis.

Other “official” specs issued by the Chinese portal include mentions of  an Intel Atom N270 CPU, Mobile Intel 945GSE, 10-inch screen with LED backlit (1024×600), 92% keyboard  and a 3-cell battery which could give out 4 hours of usage.

What’s interesting to note here is that the Eee PC 1001HA doesn’t have some of the usual apps and software that we normally find on Eee PC units.

Still, barring any official press release or any information coming from Asus, let’s still take this a a rumor and wait for Asus to finally and officially announce the Eee PC 1001HA
