Panasonic Toughbook H1 is a rugged slate tablet

Panasonic’s Toughbooks are known to withstand tons of abuse and are used in the harshest environments from mining expeditions to war zones. And now they are going to be releasing a slate tablet version of this portable line. Here are a few specs.

It’s also tested in an independent lab and passes through 500 tests to ensure you get the toughest computer around. It will be available next month and if you can afford it, the price is $3,379 backed with a 3-year warranty and lifetime technical support.
