Pink Samsung Galaxy Note Now Up in Korea

Lovers of the color pink in Korea will be delighted to know that Samsung has released a pink version of the Samsung Galaxy Note. This move is an effort to capture the female demographic in Samsung’s home country, although it had been previously observed that some males like pink-colored gadgets, too.

The phone tablet hybrid or phablet will not only sport a pink body, but also a pink S Pen stylus. Pink accessories, such as a pink folio to compliment the device, will also be made available. Apart from this change, however, Samsung is retaining all other specifications for the device.

The Galaxy Note boasts of a a 5.3-inch Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 16M colors with a pixel resolution of 800 x 1280. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass and has TouchWiz UI v4.0.

This Android-powered device has a dual-core 1.4 GHz ARM Cortex-A9 CPU coupled with a Mali-400MP GPU. It also sports an accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, and barometer sensors. Its other features include Active noise cancellation, NFC, TV-out, SNS integration, multimedia player, image and video editor, document editor, and preloaded apps such as Google Search, Maps, Gmail, YouTube, Calendar, Google Talk, and Picasa.

The Samsung Galaxy Note also comes in other colors, including white, black, and metallic blue.
