RAMPAGE 6 Is A Rugged Android Tablet

Well, good news is that a company named SGD Systems has recently produced a rugged tablet called the RAMPAGE 6 or the Mesa Rugged Notepad. This slate is designed to have protection against dust and water with its seen IP67 certification.

The RAMPAGE 6 features a 5.7-inch panel display running on Android 2.3 Gingerbread Operating System. It boasts an 806 MHz processor along with 256 MB of RAM and 4 GB internal memory space. Also, the slate outfits Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, SD card slot, USB ports, a 9-pin connector together with a 3.2 MP built-in camera. A Geo configuration has added in and the company as well is planning to offer a Geo 3G version to connect to the Internet thru cellular mobile networks.

Unfortunately, the RAMPAGE 6 tablet’s price is still unknown; yet it is expected to release in Q3 this year.
