Reviewed: Asus Eee PC 1201T

Yuga of Yugatech fame recently got to handle the new Eee PC 1201T.

6-cell battery (2.5 hours battery life)

The tapered seashell design and the continuous trackpad are plus points but it does fall behind on the 2.5 hour battery life. It sells for PHP 21,900 (US$471) locally, but you can probably get it cheaper in the US. That said, it’s a pretty plain computer that doesn’t deliver much unlike the new Pine Trail ones that can give over 10 hours of battery life.
