Sapphire Edge Releases AMD Fusion Nettop

Sapphire Technology is a PC maker that offers minitature desktop computers that are a little bigger than your usual DVD drive. Recently, the manufacturer is packing little computers with Atom processors, this time they have a new mode with AMD Fusion processor.

 

Sapphire Edge-HD3 Mini PC

The Sapphire Edge-HD3 Mini PC appeared in the FCC website. It is powered by AMD E-450 dual core processor and RAdeon HD 6320 graphics. The computer has 4GB of RAM and 2.5″ hard drive bay that can support up to 500GB of hard disk space. Connectivities include, WiFi, Ethernet, VFA, HDMI and a bevy of USB ports both at 2.0 and 3.0 speeds.

The Edge-HD3 comes with FreeDOS software but also supports Windows 7 and other operating systems.

The nettop measures 7.6″ x 5.8″ x 0.9″ and weighs less than 1.2 pounds.
