		<description>Any idea whether the unit will have user upgrade capabilities? For instance, can a user replace the hard drive or upgrade RAM?  

As a personal note, I love the idea of this type of device. I was initially interested in the HP touch screen PC&#039;s until I learned that should a component fail, one had to return the entire PC to HP for service.  Not that I have sensitive data, but I do not like the idea of not being able to pull my own hard drive without cracking open the shell myself. I won&#039;t purchase the HP because of this design choice.</description>
