Smart Devices Debuts 5 New Budget Dual-Core Tablets

Smart Devices is introducing five new models of dual-core tablets geared for different kinds of users. These are the Q8, S7, Ten3 or T15, T20, and T19. Among these, Ten3 is the Asian company’s flagship tablet model.
All five slates carry OMAP4 central processing unit, except for the T20 which has a 1.5 GHz processor. They are also equipped with 1 GB of LPDDRII RAM. They will also run the latest update to the Android platform, Ice Cream Sandwich, for their operating system. All models also have offer 8 GB of NAND memory, except for the T20 which has 16 GB of the same. All of them also have an HDMI out port.
The display sizes, however, are varied. The Ten3 has a 9.7-inch IPS screen; the T20 and the T19 have a 10.1-inch IPS screen; the Q8 has an 8-inch TFT screen; and lastly, the S7 has a 7-inch screen.
Across the set, the resolutions also differ to cope with the varied screen sizes. The S7 has a 1024 x 600 resolution; the T20 and T19 have a 1280 x 800 resolution; and the Ten3 and Q8 have a 1024 x 768-pixel resolution.
The price range for these Smart Devices tablets is from $142 to $206.
