Sony Australia Unveils the Billabong Special Edition Vaio W Netbook

Sony Australia has just announced that its special edition Billabong VAIO W netbook will be available in the Australia market starting June. The said netbook will set you back for $749.  And what do you get for for hefty price? A specially designed VAIO W netbook which has colored lid that has splashes of lime green, blue, and black.

The netbook is a collaboration between Sony and Billabong and is loaded with Billabong-related content such as images and video featuring Billabong products.  The Sony VAIO W’s color scheme was specially designed with Billabong’s 2010 Summer board short range which will be out in Australia sometime in July.

For its specifications, this netbook has an Intel Atom N450 CPU, 2GB of RAM, 250GB HDD, 10.1-LED backlit widescreen display with 1366×768 resolution. The netbook is also loaded with Windows 7 Professional edition and runs the Aero Theme.
