At $100 less than its normal asking price the Tablet P is already a good deal, however dropping in a PlayStation Phone as well? Sign us in.
The Xperia PLAY is an Android smartphone and premium gaming device all in one. Together with the Tegra 2 dual-core system on a chip feature of Tablet P, it could be a tempting offer. Both of them get access to Sony’s proprietary media including the PlayStation Store as well as the standard Gingerbread/Honeycomb Google apps. They also have access to AT&T’s 4G HSPA+ network.
We’ll point out where the catch is just in case you don’t see it coming. You have to sign commitments to both devices, putting yourself under AT&T until, for about two years. No word on how long this deal will last so don’t waste time pondering over the savings.
