Sony Vaio T now available to purchase

The Sony Vaio T13 ultrabook is now available in the US. We heard the other day that the price was likely to be less than $800 and we can now confirm that the starting price for Sony’s first ultrabook is $769.

The lowest priced model is based on a customized unit, with a 320GB hard drive as standard. The ship date is expected to be 27th June at the time of writing. However, if you want the ultrabook a bit sooner, you can pick up a preconfigured unit, with a 500GB hard drive, and a 32GB hybrid hard drive, 4GB RAM, Intel HD 4000 Graphics for $799 and Sony expect to ship this as early as Tuesday 12th June.
