Sure, we could use another Eee Wannabe – Bring on the Yinlip Micro PC YDP-G77
Posted in: competitor
So, while the rest of the ultraportable enthusiasts crowd are busy waiting for the 9-inch version of our Asus Eee PC, here comes yet another Eee PC 701 wannabe, trying to get in to an already crowded market - the Yinlip Micro PC YDP-G77.
Size and feature wise, the Yinlip Micro PC is very much like the 7-inch Asus Eee PC boasting of the following features and specifications:
- 7” TFT screen,
- LINUX system,
- support WIFI function
- eBook Reader
- 400 MHz CPU
- Broadband Internet and rich Web content support
- Full size keyboardLong battery life
- Flash memory (Options for 500M, 1 G or higher)
Price and release information is not yet available though for this new entrant into the ultraportable PC. But given its 400MHz processing speed, it should come in cheaper than the Asus Eee PC 701.
