Here’s something that you may take as an anti-statement to the previously released report that netbook owners were not satisfied at all with their machines. PC Pitstop asked PC owners about their satisfaction with their netbooks and quite surprisingly those asked said that they are pretty satisfied with their netbooks.
The PC Pitstop survey ranked the top nine netbooks based on user satisfaction and results showed that the MSI Wind U100 is the top choice among those who were surveyed. The MSI Wind U100 got a 3.49 satisfaction rating on a scale of 1 to 4. This is then followed by the Eee PC 1000HE, Samsung NC10, Eee PC 1000H and so on.
The PC Pitstop survey asked the following questions to the PC owners:
- How satisfied are you with this PC?
- Is this PC running slow?
- Is this PC hanging or requiring frequent reboots?
And the survey was not done exclusively for netbook owners, but due to the many respondents who were netbook users, PC Pitstop aggregated their data and came up with the cluster on netbook owners.
How about you our dear readers? Are you satisfied with your netbook?

The elegant look of Samsung NC10 does not imply that it didn’t come without imperfection. Based on our observation, there is a design weakness in the hinges that could somehow weaken in the long run. It is not advisable to rotate the LCD display screen for more than 45-degree. There is a tendency of possible snapping and separating of the display screen if forces were applied beyond the point.
