Aside from new entrant to the netbook market, Sylavana’s plan to release an 8.9-inch netbook called the g Netbook MESO, we now also learned that the company is also releasing a 10-inch netbook dubbed as the g Netbook Magni.
Laptopmag found out that another company named Digital Magnets has licensed their netbooks to Sylvana and since they are an OEM of consumer electronic products and accessories, they will be supplying the netboks to Sylvana.
Anyway, aside from what we already about the g Netbook MESO, we also learned that it will be available in 512M or 1GB of RAM, Atom processor, either the Ubuntu Netbook Remix OS or the Windows XP. And we’re looking at a possible $399 price tag which is relatively cheaper than other 9-inch netbooks that are available today.
Meanwhile, the g Netboo Magni will have a 10-inch display, 1GB of RAM, 120GB HD, Ubuntu Netbook remix and Windows XP.
Both netbooks are targeted for an end of August release.
