Move over cheap netbooks, the Philippines’ Deep Blue H1 which we told you about not so long ago just got a price reduction. And it’s definitely a huge price cut. From the previous SRP of $405, Blue Digital Systems, the Deep Blue H1 manufacturer has reduce the price of the said netbook to around $215 (Php 9,995).

The $215 will get you a full-featured netbook with the following specs:

  • VIA C7-M 1.0 GHz CPU
  • 7.0-inch Wide TFT, WXGA (800×480)
  • 40GB Mobile HD
  • 2 USB Ports
  • 10/100mbps LAN
  • 802.11b/g Wi-Fi
  • Linux OS
  • web camera
  • Touchpad with left and right button
  • up to 4 hours battery life

The Windows XP version cost a bit more at around $247.
