So, another cellular provider has joined the netbook party. This time its Cellular South, a leader in wireless solutions and innovation and the nation’s largest privately-owned wireless communications provider. Cellular South announced recently that it will be offering the Dell Inspiron Mini 10 equipped with a 3G high-speed mobile broadband data.

Cellular South will be offering the Dell Inspiron Mini 10 for $199 plus two-year service contract.  A $59.99 monthly plan with 5GB data allowance and a $39.99 monthly plan with 500MB data allowance will also be offered. Plus, students will get a 20% discount for this plans.

In line with this, Cellular South has also launched the “Netbook Design Challenge”. This contest requires contestant to develop a personalized wallpaper design for the Dell Inspiron Mini 10 that will incorporate Cellular South’s corporate logo.
