Charbax from techvideoblog, who recently produced a video of the HiVision NB0700 has found a competitor to the ultra cheap laptop. At IFA 2008 in Berlin, Charbax spotted a laptop from Menq International Ltd.

This laptop is called the EasyPC E760 and it beats the price of the Hivision laptop at $89. As you can imagine though, while the specs weren't the greatest on the HiVision, this model pulls more features away. It has a 7" screen but only a 480 x 272 resolution display. It also features a Samsung ARM processor and runs Windows CE.
