Remember the Dreambook ePad  L11 Tablet which was first introduced in Australia last month? Well, it looks like this tablet PC will be making its round of the US market sometime in September. That’s right folks, if you’re so badly looking for a nice alternative to the iPad, the Dreambook ePad Tablet PC might just be a good choice.

Let’s see now, this tablet PC boasts of  an 11.6-inch capacitive touchscreen, Windows 7 OS, 64GB of storage, ION-based graphics, Intel Atom N450 CPU, built-in camera, optional GPS, 512MB RAM, full 1080 HD Video Accelerator, optional GPS and more.

Other features of the Dreambook ePad Tablet PC include – 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR, and an optional 3G wireless module, HDMI ports, USB 2.0 port.

The Pioneer Australia Dreambook ePad Tablet PC can be had for around $642.

Australian retailer Pioneer introduces another netbook, this time it’s the Dreambook Lite U11a. Basically, they updated the internals of the U11 CULV with a Pine Trail processor.

The configuration page lets you swap the hard drive, RAM, OS and pretty much everything else to tweak the netbook to your liking. You can even buy accessories like the DreamMicro docking station. With all the options, you’d think they would let you choose the colors but no, the netbook only comes in black and red. Get yours in the basic configuration for AU$449 or around US$404.

Remember the DreamBook Light IL3 from Pioneer previously mentioned in February? Well Pioneer Australia have released the DreamBook Light IL3, their third notebook, without any announcements.

The DreamBook IL3 features an Intel Atom 1.6GHz processor, 60GB PATA hard drive, 8.9 inch display, wlan and bluetooth as well as a 1.3 mega pixel web camera.

You can find the full specifications of the IL3 here, which retails at $599 Australian dollars.
