Still remember the ultra-thin Eee PC 1008HA which hit the FCC site not so long ago? Well, while U.S. folks are eagerly awaiting further details of this new Asus netbook, our friends in the U.K. maybe well on their way to getting their 1008HA pretty soon. Well, that is if they even bother to pre-order the said netbook at Amazon UK or get it direct from some UK stores which have started displaying the 1008HA.

Amazon UK has put a £379.50 price tag on the Eee PC 10008HA while LaptopsDirect has it for £399.97.   Amazon UK only has the Seashell White colored 10008HA while LaptopsDirect has some other color variants, which could probably explain the different in their prices.

In a related news, Liliputing has stumbled upon some information on 1008HA drivers which which showed up at the Asus Support site (it looks like Asus may have pulled down the page right now). So, if there’s any indication of this, the Eee PC 1008HA maybe hitting the U.S. streets pretty soon.
