Support for unannounced HP Mini 210

We've not heard of a product named the HP Mini 210 from the company themselves, but a support page on the Spanish HP web site shows 50 configurations for the mysterious device. A system update has also been spotted for the HP Mini 210.

Apart from the different configurations available, there's actually no specifications given, so it may not even be a netbook, but it seems the most likely option. Liliputing suggest it could introduce a significant difference to their current netbook, the HP Mini 110. When further details are known on the device, we'll post the updates.

Asus Eee PC 1002HA announced for Spain

Though it's been practically available forever on other markets, MSI Wind Spanish reports that the Asus Eee PC 1002HA has just been officially announced over there, and they are pegging the price at about 449 € or nearly $600 USD. This particular netbook won't be different from its U.S. or Asia-Pacific counterparts, in that it will come with a 10.2-inch screen, Intel Atom processor, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, and a 5-hour 4200mAh battery. It will come with Windows XP out of the box, but one can easily upgrade the OS to either Vista or Windows 7 if needed. No word yet on which retail outlets it will be sold in, but it should be in leading computer stores in the next few days.
