Toshiba’s NB100 netbook may not really be that popular among the netbooks available in the market today, but that won’t stop the company from upgrading their one and only netbook to date. For Toshiba fans who were wishing that the NB10 would have a bigger storage capacity, well your prayers are answered. Toshiba has just increased the storage capacity of the NB10 to either 160GB HDD or 64GB SSD.
Other than the increase in storage, you’d still get the same old NB100 with the following features:
- 8.9-inch WSVGA screen with LED Backlight
- 1.6 GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU
- Intel 945 GSE Express Chipset
- 1GB RAM
- Wi-Fi, Bluetooth
- 0.3 MP webcam
- Windows Vista/Windows XP
The Toshiba NB10 with 160GB HDD/64GB SSD will be available in Champagne Gold and Galaxy Black. The bad news is, the upgraded NB100 is currently available in Japan only. No words yet on whether it will be released internationally.
But are you really wishing?
