While we’ve already seen the insides of the recently released U160, we haven’t seen the full unboxing photos of the netbook, which thanks to The Link, we now have. ElectricPig have also provided info on the UK selling price and release date. Those in the UK can expect to see the MSI Wind U160 next month for £329.

The company note, that while it is an updated version to other Wind models, such as the U100, by adding the Intel Atom N450 processor, the looks have also been updated and are very reminiscent of the Sony VAIO SR line. The only thing which spoils the look for some, will be the battery but, the added battery life it can provide will be worth it, if you use your netbook away from a mains socket. While the Sony Vaio W12S1E1 may have been out for a couple of months now, over in the UK the netbook, according to SonyBrands has been hard to find in stores. The Vaio W netbook has been released in several variants, including a 160GB model, a 250GB model, an Intel Atom PineTrail model and an eco friendly version. SonyBrands have got hold of the VAIO W12S1E1, the second model to be announced, which features a 250GB hard drive, 1GB RAM, Windows 7 Starter and Intel Atom N280 processor.

The VAIO W12S1E1 is available in white, pink, brown and charcoal, with the model unboxed being the white version. It has a 6 cell battery, which is shown on the netbook and sticks out but, looks like it will allow sufficient airflow. You can view the unboxing photos after the jump.

The IdeaPad S10-3T has recently gone on sale in the US and NetbookNews have posted an unboxing video for the tablet styled netbook. From the video, you can see what size the battery really is and how far it sticks out from the netbook.

The netbook styled tablet, features a 10.1 inch touch screen swivel display, a 250GB hard drive, 1GB of RAM and the Intel Atom Pine Trail CPU. The unboxing video was done in both English and German, you can view the English version below.

Samsung seems to be popular this week for unboxing videos this week. We follow on from the N220 unboxed to the X120. Like the N220, the X120 is currently not shipping in America.

The Samsung X120 falls in the CULV category as it features the Intel CULV processor. The X120 features an 11.6 inch display and a full sized keyboard. The left and right mouse buttons are located either side of the trackpad, which for some may hinder the use of the built in mouse, especially if you’re used to the right and left buttons being located under the trackpad. The guys over at Netbook News received the X120 and have posted an unboxing video along with first impressions design wise. Like the other Samsung netbooks, the accessories include a neoprene sleeve to protect the netbook, however it’s noted that no manual is included, not even a quick start guide. The X120 also has the trademark chrome border. Looking at the underneath, it appears that the HDD and RAM are easily accessible for those who wish to upgrade either. While the Samsung N210 may just have started shipping in the US, in Europe, dependant on location, you can purchase the N210 or the N220. NDevil have got their hands on the N220 and have unboxed the netbook and recorded a video showing the event.

They actually unboxed the netbook twice, first in German and then in English. You get the usual accessories with it but, unlike other netbook makers, with Samsung, you also get a protective sleeve. Something I didn’t know came with the original Samsung netbook, the NC10, which made the purchase even better and it’s good to see Samsung haven’t changed how they package their netbooks.

The latest iteration of the Dell Inspiron Mini 10, replaces previous Intel Atom processors with the new N450 Pineview CPU. Also added in the latest model is GMA 3150 integrated graphics. Dell have also changed the look of the latest model.

Brad over at Liliputing received a demo unit to review, which he’ll be doing in the next week or two and until then, we have his unboxing video and thoughts on the netbook, in the video below. Upon unboxing, the first thing you’ll notice is the shiny plastic case, along with the battery not fitting snug with the back of the laptop instead of “sticking out like a sore thumb, arm, and leg.” The keyboard has also had a makeover and now have a space between the keys, making touch typing easier.

Brad over at liliputing really has a job to envy. He just got one of the new Pine Trail Asus Eee PCs and he’s made a video with it to gloat in front of us (just kidding). He unboxed the factory-fresh review unit in all its glory and tells us a couple of thoughts on the new netbook.

The 1005PE is similar to the other Seashell Eee PC models and came with all the basics – power brick, recovery DVD, docs, etc. This doesn’t carry the Eee logo on its lid, just the Asus one. The unit is fairly glossy and I imagine not so fingerprint-resistant.

The battery looks to be a 6-cell one which is supposed to last you 10 hours. The bottom panel is now smaller which gives access to RAM replacement. I liked the bigger panel of the previous models which let you replace the RAM, hard drive and miniPCie WiFi card. The chiclet-style keyboard should be an improvement for typists.

While it isn’t available to purchase yet from Best Buy, over at Engadget they’ve got photos of the netbook being unboxed and shown with Windows 7. The netbook comes with the starter edition of Windows 7, which as Engadget note, only includes one wallpaper, the one shown but, I’m sure many will use their own photos anyway, or find other Windows 7 wallpapers from other sources. This is the first demo unit to arrive at Best Buy. You can view the photos of the unboxing after the jump.

The T91 netbook from Asus, featuring a touchscreen display, is available in a few countries now and JKK Mobile have got their hands on one of the machines. Instead of the usual unboxing photos, JKK have opted for a video presentation of the unboxing ceremony. As well as unboxing their new netbook, the video shows the netbook booting up, along with a look at the touch screen interface and responsiveness.

The netbook features an 8.9 inch touch screen display, Intel Atom Z520 CPU and runs Windows XP Home for it’s operating system. It also features a semi 3D graphics card, created by Asus themselves.
