Tired of fingerprints? Give that matte look to your Eee PC!
Posted in: 10-inch, Netbook, accessories, asus, eeepcShiny surfaces are good to look at and works in the favor of the manufacturer during showcase events. In real life though, it’ll be a big downer and will turn your pristine netbook into something you would fine in a car repair shop. It’ll have fingerprints and blemishes everywhere, from the palm rest to the lid.
There’s a cure though. Eeeuser member sharkexe was able to grab a matte film used in car dashboards and modified not one but two Asus Eee PC 1005HA-P for a full makeover. This mod isn’t for the average tinkerer though since you have to break open the chassis to apply it. Check out the pics below.
