Toshiba Introduces Dynabook Satellite T571/W5TE Notebook

A new notebook for Japanese consumers is set to be released by Toshiba this year. The notebook is called the Dynabook Satellite T571/W5TE, and it will be available towards the end of this month.

The Toshiba Dynabook Satellite T571/W5TE carries a 2.20GHz Intel Core i7-2670QM processor, 4 to 8 GB of DDR 3 RAM, and a hard disk drive of 640 GB with rpm of 5,400, Serial ATA. It runs the Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit operating system and includes Windows Office, making it a good companion for business users.

This laptop’s screen measures 17.3 inches, has a pixel display resolution of 1600 x 900, and an aspect ratio of 16:9. Said screen is made sharp and clear by the TFT Clear SuperView LED Backlit Display with the help of GeForce GT 540M graphics plus an Intel HM65 Express Chipset. Said specifications are powerful for the average users who simply like to browse and type, but they may impress even hardcore gamers and lovers of movies and audio files with the tandem high-end processor and graphics card.

Other features include a Blu-Ray DVD drive and WiFI IEEE802.11b/g/n connectivity. It also has HDMI out, a card reader, and a webcam. This notebook’s weight is 3.2 kg and has dimensions of 413.6mm × 274.0mm × 28.0-36.0mm.

The Toshiba Dynabook Satellite T571/W5TE is expected to be priced at 1,495 USD or 114,800 Yen.
