Toshiba Introduces Qosmio X870 3D Gaming Notebook

Toshiba has just prepared a new Qosmio machine up for sale, with the latest Intel CPUs ad the powerful NVIDIA graphics. The specs on this new gaming notebook have almost entirely been exposed, but the price is still not final. Nevertheless, the company has it set for the second quarter, probably as early as April.
The new Qosmio notebook, the X870, sports a 17.3-inch display that will definitely have its work cut out, even if the resolution is 1,920 x 1,080 pixels (Full HD). It also has an HDMI output just in case that the need for a larger display arise.
The company gave the notebook 2 TB of storage space, with hard drives or hybrid drive / SSD options available. Storage features continue with an optional Blue-ray drive or DVD SuperMulti optical disk unit.
Other specification include a large clickpad with multi-touch support, a red-backlit keyboard as well as Harman Kardon stereo speakers with Slip Stream technology, SRS Premium Sound 3D.
Finally, Toshiba also tossed in Bluetooth 4.0, Gigabit Ethernet LAN, Wi-Fi and, of course, a host of USB and audio ports to the specs list.
