Toshiba May Release New 7-inch Tablet at CES

The 7-inch Thrive may have just come out. However, Toshiba claims it to be more than just a tablet. Some tech sites already got their hands on some leaked photos of the company’s latest 7-inch tablet, which is probably going to be released at CES.
The black and blue slate is expected to run on Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. It should also have a 1024 x 600 screen resolution, a rear-facing camera as well as a Micro USB and a microSD ports. The new 7-inch tablet doesn’t have the Thrive’s original plastic-like, textured back, LED flash or its three capacitive buttons. This leaves some consumers thinking that this tablet may not be running on Android 4.0 either.
With a lot of reports circulating throughout the Internet, there are no sure details on this new Toshiba tablet. However, this sounds like a cookie cutter for the countless inexpensive, 7-inch Android tablets that are expected to show up at CES next week.
