With the release of Microsoft Windows 7 a few months away, it is not surprising that netbook manufacturers are pretty busy right now. Either preparing new or old netbook models that will meet the requirements of Windows 7, or preparing configuration updates for their existing netbook products.

Take the case of  Toshiba which just made available some driver update configurations for its NB205 netbook.  The folks at jkOnTheRun spotted four new drivers for the Toshiba NB205 available at the Toshiba download site. This is in addition to the BIOS updates already available on the site a few weeks ago.

The driver updates include Windows 7 drivers, ginormous trackpad, card reader and audio. All four seems to be in preparation for the release of Windows 7.

If you have a Toshiba NB205 you might want to check out the download site again and grab these driver updates to prepare your netbook to run Windows 7 when it is released.
