This is of course in response to netbook owners demand for a more robust internet security solution for their machines. And offering the Trend Micro Internet Security on USB drives is the most logical thing to do, since netbooks don't carry optical drive, except for the upcoming Eee PC 1004DN.
The said Trend Micro Internet Security solution offers an easy-to-use, quick installing tool for netbook users. With netbook's autorun features, users just need to insert the USB drive and the software will be automatically installed. If the autorun is not enabled, the Internet Security software can also be installed easily.
The Trend Micro Internet Security solution in USB is available in U.S. stores now. It will set you back for $39.95 which covers Internet security for one netbook per year.
