Ubuntu Linux gets updated

Only a couple of days ago, the Linpus Linux Lite for netbooks was updated, to be more aesthetically pleasing. Now Ubuntu has been updated, to include a new visual makeover. Instead of the usual brown color found in Ubuntu Linux, Ubuntu 10.04 will feature an aubergine shade of purple interface, with hints of orange still in the overall look. Ubuntu 10.04 has been codenamed Lucid Lynx.
Mark Shuttleworth, Ubuntu founder has designed the new style, explaining that the new colors are light, which denotes warmth and clarity. The logo has also been updated, which uses a smaller and thinner font. The new style will also be applied to the website, where you can also view further screenshots of Ubuntu Lucid Lynx.
