Just a few days after a product teaser for the new version of the HP Mini-Note 1000 appears on HP’s online store, HP is now ready to ship the Mini-Note 1000 Mi Edition at the published price of $329.99.

And like we told you before, for that price tag, you’ll get the following features and specs:

• HP Mobile internet (Mi) software built on Linux
• Intel Atom Processor N270 (1.60GHz)
• 8.9″ diagonal WSVGA LED BrightView Widescreen Display (1024 x 600) or
• 10.1″ diagonal SD LED BrightView Infinity Widescreen Display (1024 x 576)
• 512MB RAM upgradeable up to 2GB
• 8-16GB SSD or 60GB HDD
• 3-cell battery

This may seem a pretty solid netbook but, if you’ve got an extra dollar to spare you may want to consider the other HP Mini-Note which was just announced - the Mini-Note 2140.
