VIA Tablet has a detachable keyboard

If you’ve been yearning for your old PDA, a Hong Kong company by the name of Pierre Cardin might cure your nostalgia. Over at CeBIT, they have been showing off their tablet wares which pack a VIA C7-M mobile processor in a touchscreen tablet with screen sizes from 5″ to 9″.

The intriguing part is that some of the models feature a case with a built-in keyboard that lets you use it in netbook mode or in tablet mode. It also is available in capacitive multitouch models for those used to iPhones and in resistive displays for that old school Palm vibe. It also features optional 3G connectivity.
