ViewSonic Goes Official with the ViewPad 7 Android Tablet

After reporting to you a couple of days ago that ViewSonic is planning to launch its Android tablet, ViewPad 7 during the IFA Show 2010, ViewSonic went ahead and issued the press release of the ViewPad 7. So, we now have official specs and features of the said Android Tablet. And guess what? If ViewSonic will release this on time, the ViewPad 7 could well be the first Android tablet to be released with the Android 2.2 Froyo OS running.

Yes, while other Android tablets available in the market today could only muster the earlier version of Android OS, ViewPad 7 is proud of the fact that it will be running on Froyo.

So, what should we expect from the ViewPad 7 Android tablet? Is it good enough to compete with the iPad? Let’s see.
