Weibu 10.1-Inch ION Netbook Goes Out on Sale in Japan
If you noticed lately, most of the netbooks running on NVIDIA ION that we’ve been hearing from major PC manufacturers such as HP And Toshiba are mosty 11-inch in display. We haven’t really seen a 10-inch netbook with that specification. That was until now, as Netbooked.com is reporting that a 10-inch netbook with NVIDIA ION was finally spotted over in Japan.
The said netbook called – Weibu N10A seems like your usual 10-inch netbook with the following features – 10.1″ 1024×600 display, Intel Atom 230 processor, 2GB of RAM, 150GB of HDD. But unlike most 10-inch netbooks the Weibu N10A as I said is equipped with NVIDIA ION chips. It also has HDMI out for a better video viewing experience.
The Weibu N10A sells for around $556 and it doesn’t come with an OS. Yes, pricey indeed. But hey it’s got something special up its sleeve plus it’s in Japan. So gadgets tend to become a bit pricey there.
