		<description>If you&#039;re going to go through all that trouble, I wouldn&#039;t consider yet another bloated proprietary OS like Windows 7. I&#039;ve been running EEEbuntu, Ubuntu Netbook Remix and Kubuntu Netbook Remix on a variety of EEE 1000, 901 and 900, and it&#039;s just such a relief! First of all it works out of the box, it doesn&#039;t crash nearly as often as Windows, uses less memory and makes the battery life longer (according to some that have run both Win and Linux on the same machine!&lt;br&gt;On top of that - no virus threat anymore, as viruses do not infect Linux.&lt;br&gt;Upgrading to Linux instead will really save you a lot of both money and trouble!</description>
